Whenever possible, we will diagnose the issue and provide feedback along with recommendations for the next steps. At that stage, we will also provide you with a quotation.
We Repair
If you agree with our recommendation and quotation, we will promptly procure the necessary parts and begin the repair process.
You Pay
Upon acceptance of the quotation, a 50% payment is required to initiate repairs. Following completion, we'll invoice the remaining 50%. Upon clearance of payment, we promptly deliver the machine or you are welcome to collect at our workshop.

The Repair Process
At our repair center, we recognize that each unit and fault presents a unique challenge. Our meticulous process begins by verifying the reported fault to ensure accuracy, as what may seem like faulty behavior can sometimes result from user error or other underlying issues.
Once the issue is confirmed, we carefully disassemble the unit and initiate a thorough diagnostic process using specialized testing equipment. After identifying the faulty components, we provide a detailed quotation for the necessary repairs and await customer approval.
Upon receiving approval, we require a 50% deposit to initiate the repair process. Once payment is cleared, we promptly source the required parts and begin the repair.
Our skilled technicians replace defective components and perform comprehensive maintenance tasks, including exterior cleaning and verifying the safety of power cables and plugs. After reassembly, each machine undergoes rigorous testing by our experienced operators to ensure full functionality before being prepared for delivery or collection.
Before finalizing the repair, we provide the customer with a detailed breakdown of the work performed and issue an invoice for the remaining 50% payment. Once the payment is processed, the machine is promptly delivered or held for convenient collection.
